Dawn Christensen and her team at Century 21 ACE were fantastic to work with. Everyone is very approachable and if Dawn wasn't available, we could expect answers from her assistant. We had a difficult situation arise while selling our house and knowing we had the experience of Dawn leading us, it reassured us that everything would fall in place. Dawn also helped us find our forever home. After showing us dozens of homes, we were able to find the perfect house for us and, with her negotiation skills, were able to get it for less than asking price and were able to stay out of a bidding war with another interested party. I would recommend Dawn and her team to anyone looking, she has the experience in all aspects of the business and is always there when there are questions or direction is needed. Thank you Dawn and Dianne for all your hard work!
