Dawn was a great person to have by our side when we were looking for our home! She was efficient and highly knowledgeable in her job! We would highly recommend Dawn to everyone!Thank you for helping us find our dream home!

Dawn did a great job - our house sold in 1 day because of her suggestions. Since we bought our forever home before selling this home, it was so important to get the house sold asap. When all was said and done, we got a great price for the house and only had to pay double mortgage for 10 days. Amazing! Thank you.

An experienced professional is what we needed and she definitely provided that for us first time home-buyers. Highly recommend Dawn and her staff. Everything was completed in a timely manner, questions were answered promptly, we have no complaints.

She kept the deal alive when the financing became a nightmare. Dawn and her staff worked doubly hard to keep our accepted offer alive when we ran into a financing snafu that would have scuttled most deals. She and her staff went that extra mile which ended up benefiting both us (the buyer) and her seller. They did a very excellent job!
