Dawn was extremely helpful with helping me and my wife find and purchase a house. With short notice she put out together a log list of homes that she believed would fit our wants. We lived across the state and didn't have much time before needing to buy. She made her self very available to us and spent an intire day with us looking at houses (once again on very very short notice).
