We have worked with Dawne and Mike multiple times, as well as referred friends and family to them - we have always had an excellent experience! They are quick to respond to any questions and book appointments for new showings, which is critical in this competitive market. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Very patient and thorough, she guided us through the real estate maze even when changed our criteria. Just great.

Dawne was an absolute pleasure to work with - very responsive, thoroughly researched any questions we had, and was very patient with us through the search process. We have purchased over a dozen homes in our lifetime, and Dawne was BY FAR the best agent we have had. I would recommend her highly to anyone interested in buying or selling a house. Dawne's attention to detail was awesome. She had a tremendous knowledge of the area which was very helpful. She handled the transaction very professionally and the closing went very smoothly. The process was problem free which is a testament to her professionalism. Dawne is very friendly and approachable. She was always accessible and if she couldn't answer right away she always let us know when she could return the call. Dawne is extremely trustworthy, was honest about everything, very professional. Searching for houses can be painful at times, but Dawne made it fun - she is professional but also has a great personality and is easy to talk with. She obviously enjoys her role and her enthusiasm rubs off on you. If I were moving to this area or selling in this area, I wouldn't consider anyone else to work with.

Dawne is absolutely the best in the business. Her knowledge and expertise is a huge benefit in a tough market.

We were beyond pleased with the service we rec Received!!!
