I called Mike and Dawn Ripinski in late July asking him to locate a Condo for me in the Royal Oak, Berkley and Clawson area. Within a few hours Mike called me with some addresses and descriptions and we selected a couple units that I would be interested in seeing. Early the next day, I had an appointment for the same day.
