We are very happy with how the sale of our house went. It sold very quickly and for more money than we were expecting with Dayana's help. we really appreciated her advice about what to do (and not do) to get the house ready to sell. It was spot on.

We have been friends for years so when we were looking to buy a home we knew we wanted Dayana to be our broker. We knew she was honest and hard-working and would do a great job. And we were right! Dayana was such a great help to us as we considered multiple homes and then closed on our new home. She’s not only a sweet person - she is also knowledgeable, responsible, and patient with us! Dayana is very good at what she does. She follows through on everything she says . Even after the sale she is helping us look for a property outside of her area. She has a far reach with other realtors she has worked with . She is now more than our realtor' she is now our friend.
