Dayna is an absolute treasure. She made our home sale easy and stress free. We are very grateful for her guidance and help in selling our home quickly.

Dana researched the area and applied herself for the sell of my property. She made the listing very easy for us. She staged the home and had professional photographs taken which greatly enhanced our selling potential. She coordinated viewings and potential buyers communications with us flawlessly. She was with us every step of the way.

Dayna is an excellent agent. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and listens to her clients. She has integrity and is trustworthy!

Dayna listen to my story of why I had to sell. She truly cares for her clients. It was an honor to have her list my property.

Dayna was very knowledgeable and communicated with us throughout the entire process. She did an amazing job keeping us updated about everything. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! We are very happy with the service she provided!

Dayna Simon was extremely effective. Communication was so strong. Her knowledge of what to do was so outstanding. No issue thrown at her caught her off guard! In a word, Dayna was GREAT! My wife and I had two offers in 4 days. One was full cash. Dayna Simon walked us through each offer and helped us tremendously. Amy was the other person we dealt with at the closing. She was outstanding also.

Dayna Simon made our 4 month house search as painless as possible. She went over and beyond helping us find the home we would be happy with. Because we were from out of state and unfamiliar with the area, Dayna was kind enough to pick us up and return us to our temporary housing situation multiple times. She was always so considerate and always made us feel we were more like friends than clients. We would recommend Dayna Simon to anyone seeking a home or planning on selling one. She is the BEST!

Dayna was great to work with. She is very professional, she knew the area, and did not try to low ball our sales price just to get the listing. We felt she always had our best interest at heart. We will definitely recommend her to our friends and family. Excellent, excellent!!

Dayna is amazing! She worked so hard to get us what we needed. As first time homebuyers, she was absolute godsend. Highly recommend working with her!
