I definitely wanted someone local. I had a recommendation for a realtor who lives in JAX, but that person would not be familiar with the local real estate and area. He was extremely patient with me, I tend to go back and forth over major decisions such as purchasing a home, but Dean was never short or impatient.

Dean is awesome and was always available and went above and beyond to make things happen. If something was not right on others part, he would take it upon himself to fix it. If I could sum him up it would be integrity, honesty and experience.

Dean listened to me. He respected my comments he tried to lead me to what I needed as I explain to him what it was that I needed. He Made the sale as smooth as possible I would highly recommend him.
