We purchased a new construction. The last time we did this, the realtor barely did anything. Whatever, new construction, didn't expect much. Dean went full beast mode and showed up to the pre walk through, the walk through, and the closing. At the walk throughs, he was instrumental in pointing out so many items in the home that needed to be fixed. If you've never met Dean, listen to the song Big Bad John by Jimmy Dean. Dean is an imposing figure, and when he points things out to the builder, they surely listen. I cannot recommend Dean enough!
