Deanna is amazing! During the search process, she provided us with a comprehensive list of potential homes (which all met our criteria) and, after we'd selected our preferred listings, she had the showings lined up within a few short hours. We were really impressed by her knowledge of both Calgary and Airdrie communities, as well as her understanding of the inner workings of each home – right down to the baseboards. She also pointed out quite a few questionable renovation decisions, which we really appreciated! Once we'd decided to make an offer, Deanna's timeliness became even more evident. As we begun our first time home buying experience we weren't sure on where to start. We had many agents reach out to us in the beginning and Deanna was not pushy or aggressive and provided us a sense of comfort. I hit a wall emotionally one evening and called Deanna for advice. Within 15mins Deanna showed up at my home with a hot chocolate in hand or me and walked me through the steps. This showed me, that it wasn't just about the sale for Deanna, that she truly cared for her clients and being present in the process, start to finish.
