She did everything and more than I could have asked for! Would recommend her to any of my friends who are looking for an agent. This was my first house, so it was a very nerve racking time. Deanna was great with this, she didn’t pressure me into making a sale she aloud me to take my time and see places to make sure I was completely happy with my decision. She had a lot of great pointers on things to look at and reason why purchasing in one area is better than purchasing in others. Overall a great experience with her. It was great experience, and never felt pressured along the way which was very important to me.

Deanna went above and beyond what her normal role as an agent is. I am from out of town and she was very helpful in referring me to contacts and other businesses when I needed them. She took it upon herself to make sure the house was always in top shape for showings as it was empty and I was out of town. Deanna was always quick to give me any feedback on the showings and what if anything needed to be done. She was very respectful and understanding of my requirements. We had our house on the market for 90 days with another brokerage and we were extremely frustrated with the entire process. The realtor really could not have cared less if we sold our house and was not upfront or professional. Her social media campaigns are fantastic and really appeal to the market that would be most interested in buying our home. Now that we are looking for a house, she is actively searching along with us. She knows the market and gives excellent insight into price points, neighbourhoods and potential homes.
