Deanna McFarlane accurately predicted the sales timeframe outcome the week prior to listing (listing Wednesday, sold by Sunday) versus actual (listed Wednesday sold by Saturday afternoon), the high level of interest from prospective buyers based on choosing an appropriate and competitive listing price to bring in multiple offers (actual: well more than 30 viewings) and the range of the offers (prediction: offers over asking price, might get an offer over $300k; actual: all 5 offers over asking price, with top two that were $300k and $306k (41-47k over asking) with conditions, and $280k no conditions with quick possession). It's fair to say that all offers were well above my dream result that I had thought possible prior to contacting Deanna! It's clear to me that Deanna has a crystal ball!
