Working with Deb over the past 3 or so months have been great! Her expertise, professionalism, advice and responsive nature were appreciated and important as we navigated a purchase that entailed a VA loan assignment that took awhile! In the end, we found the perfect home and quickly sold our current home, all within a couple of days. We will definitely be recommending her to our family and friends in the area. Very appreciative of her!

Our family was moving from S Florida as a result of a corporate relocation. We'd never spent much time in Houston and knew very little about the area. Our relo firm recommended Deb to help us find our new home. While on a work trip, we dedicated 1.5 days to view homes in person and asked that Deb map them out and schedule viewings for efficiency. We successfully viewed 16 homes, while she made notes of every house and produced a detailed summary. All while managing her other customers and never appearing distracted or perturbed. She provided valuable insight about school districts, property taxing, utilities, commuter traffic to help our decision. Deb was quick to prepare our offers and provide seller responses. Once under contract, she recommended and met with contractors, provided updates on seller status, etc without having to prompt for this info. Deb completed the final walkthrough online with a painter to prep for our move-in. A great job by Deb Sterling, Gary Greene realty team.

We appreciated not only her professionalism, Deb is highly human and empathic. She really knows how to treat people and make them feel comfortable. She creates a positive and supportive relationship with the people you need to relate with!!!

Deb went above and beyond helping me throughout the process as a first time home buyer. We viewed many homes and she was always accommodating. She answered all of our questions or reached out to someone who could. Her knowledge really helped us navigate the market and help us feel very satisfied with our purchase.

Deb was amazing!! I was in a unique situation and she was able to get me the best possible offer and closing scenario. Deb is extremely professional but also took the time to get to know me and my family. She only did private showings for me and went above and beyond to help me get through those while traveling a lot for work. She would even make sure my fur baby was taken care of! Thank you Deb for selling my house so quickly to perfect buyers for a home I have truly loved.

Deb is extremely knowledgeable, professional and an expert realtor. She guided us through a multiple offer situation carefully assessing all of the offers we had on our house. We were so grateful to Deb and for her guidance to be able to accept the best offer for us that turned out to be very successful. I highly recommend Deb to my friends, family and co-workers. I will definitely use her for future purchases.
