Debbie Floor was spot on on all her recommendations and estimates for the outcome of selling my sister's home. She impressed me from the get-go by responding promptly to my calls, was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market, was a wealth of information when I needed resouces for additional work on the home, always kept me up-to-date and informed with the latest inquiries and issues. She was my advocate and I needed her expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend her or use her services again.
