Debbie was great to work with very detailed information and made buying my first home experience great!! My husband and I are blessed to have Had Debbie!!

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Debbie is very knowledgeable about the entire home buying process. She was very flexible and always available to answer all of our questions. I would recommend Debbie to anyone buying a home. She is absolutely fantastic.

Debbie was referred to me years ago and she helped us find our home that we live in today. She was so patient and kind that I wanted to use her again for the sale of my other house. She always kept me informed and worked hard to help me get it sold. She is a true gem!

She was awesome and fit my fast paced goals incredibly

Debbie selflessly allowed me to share my take on the sale of my property even though I am not experienced in Real Estate sales. She was extremely considerate of my situation; being a widow, elderly, having little help from family in making decisions and having to physically move from one property to another. She was personable and promptly responded to my inquiries both by Email and phone. She handled a rather delicate situation that surfaced toward the end in a calm way that gave me relief and reassurance that all was going to work out well, and it did. The entire two months of interaction with Debbie and the MLS agents showing my property worked smoothly and beyond my expectations. I rate Debbie Sjoerdsma a "TEN" and am referring others to her as often as possible.

I loved working with Debbie Sjoerdsma! She was very friendly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with her from the first time we met. She was familiar with the market in which I was looking for a house and was always quick to respond to emails, calls or texts. I don't know how I could have done it without her!

We were first time home buyers and debbie was amazing!! She was so helpful and available whenever she was needed. The housing market was crazy when we were purchasing our home so we worked with debbie for a while and really got to know her. We consider her a friend and are so lucky to know her! Thank you debbie for helping us with our first home purchase, and we will be using her in the future.
