I had called listing agents and an agent from an online company in order to view homes I found through internet searches. The other agents either weren't physically available, or couldn't get the homes to open, or enrolled me in searches for homes that cost twice what I specified. Debbie paid attention to my requirements, helped me decide about appropriate neighborhoods and spent hours of her time driving me around and showing me the homes I liked. Debbie wanted to be sure I wasn't settling without looking at similar homes in other neighborhoods, and other houses in the same neighborhood. I had to make a decision within a short time frame (chosing, financing and closing before the end of my lease). Debbie helped me to do that.
