We were able to purchase our dream home from another state because DJ is so good at what she does! We purchased without being in the home ever and we are so blessed by DJ above and beyond work ethic!

DJ Smith is very professional and takes the extra time to see whatever needs to be done,Gets Done. She knows the resources to complete details so a sale goes smoothly. There were 'hiccups'as with any large transactions and she showed she coulld and did hadle them. In my situatio DJ understood and sale, move was exceptional.

Worked with DJ in the past and hope to work with her in the future. Always professional and knowledged in the field. She meets and exceeds my needs in all ways. Would strongly recommend her services.

OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend DJ Smith, a powerhouse real estate agent who produces results well beyond expectations! I absolutely loved working with her on my home purchase. DJ's real estate expertise and knowledge is at mastery level powered by integrity, professionalism, local grasp, profound negotiating skills, heart, and her warm personality. From the initial home search to the final close of escrow and after the sale, DJ has been by my side 100%. Any real estate or home care question I had DJ found solutions, referrals, and spent extra time researching answers for me. Due to her incredibly strong negotiating business skills and solid competence in real estate standards DJ procured an astonishing purchase price at the home's appraisal value with credit towards closing and agent fees covered. Regardless of market trends, DJ powers through to get the best real estate deal and agreements. My gratitude to DJ for all her hard work landing my Verde Valley dream home. THANK YOU!

DJ is extremely trustworthy. She is very honest. She was highly recommended to me by my Dad.

I picked DJ for a specific reason. This was my first time buying a house and I was unsure of the process and how things work. DJ has worked with some family members in the past. Each encounter has been an amazing experience! I trusted DJ to assist with getting me and my son into a home and she went above and beyond our expectations.

DJ was our property manager for 5 years, so we knew her and appreciated how she took care of the property. So knew she would do a good job selling it. It was not an easy sell, but she did a great job helping get it ready, advertising, and keeping us up to date on all the showings. When any problems came up, she was always up beat and worked things out. We appreciate all she did for us!!

DJ has been a great manager of our property and did all she could do to get us the best deal for the sale. She is a good person to work with and will give you honest answers. When and if we sell our residents I would call her first!

DJ was helpful and insightful about what she does.

DJ was instrumental in helping us make the best decision for our future! She's the best!
