Debbie and I met by me calling her on a listing she had as pending. I asked about the house down the street and she offered to show it to me about three hours later. We met and she was so accommodating throughout my home buying process. Within minutes of meeting Debbie my daughter and I felt comfortable working with her. At the time I did not have a realtor and after our first showing my daughter Anna says to me, "Well looks like we found a realtor, dad. I think she should be your agent." Debbie was very attentive to detail and I am so glad she was my realtor.

Debra Foster was a pleasure to work with. She was great at communicating with us and made selling our home a breeze

Nothing more to add as I stated she was great in all categories. Need more Debbie Fosters not only in the Real Estate World!

Debbie has been of friend of the family for years however when it comes to the professional side of our relationship hands down Debbie Foster is the best in the business. I highly recommend Debbie Foster if you want the job done!

We worked with Debra for a few years and when we were finally ready to sale our home it was like we were working with family ! She is very patient and respectful. I would recommend her to everyone ! I wish she was able to help us in Texas as well, we would love to work with someone like Debra again for sure !

Debra Foster was a great Real Estate Agent. She was very friendly and patient. Debbie was very knowledgeable about the housing market. She always found houses in my price range and the area I was interested in. Her communication was top notch. She was quick to communicate new houses or any kind of information I would need. Debbie was very flexible when we needed to meet, and always on time. I will recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home.

Will always use Debbie Foster for all future buying and selling,we couldn’t be happier !
