Debra Karr always made me feel secure in choosing her as an agent.

Debra karr was a complete professional in her line of work.she walked me through step-by-step made things much easier for me leaving a home that I loved.

Debra Karr is an amazing realtor. She is professional and accessible. She kept us informed throughout the whole process. She does her best for her clients and she is the type of realtor other realtors enjoy working with. We have used Debra Karr three times and would consider no other realtor. Thank you Debra for your hard work!

After speaking with Debra Karr the very first time I knew she would be a great person to work with. She wrote a list of everything we were looking for in a house and wasted no time in trying to find us our perfect home. When it came to looking at the homes we were interested in Debra always managed to get us an appointment and in a few cases even on the same day. There was never a time Debra wasn't available to speak to and she was very good at explaining everything to us step by step, she even went over all paperwork with us before signing each time. She built good working relationships with the sellers agents each time we went to work with them. Debra always had/has the best positive attitude one can have and I cannot say enough good things about her. It truly was a real pleasure working with Debra.

Debbie made a what could be stressful process a breeze. she kept us in the know. She explained the real estate lingo so that we understood what was going on. She checked in with us throughout the process. Tons of communication that was huge for us.

We needed someone that would patiently guide us through the process and take the time to explain all the steps. Debra did that for us and made the process seamless. She was so helpful and we really enjoyed her. She was kind, helpful, thorough and organized. Debra was also very approachable. She was patient with us and returned texts and calls promptly. She was honest and shared insight that was critical to our decision making. Her confidence and patience throughout this process inspired us to have faith everything would work out. She truly advocated for us and worked diligently to help us find our home.

What a pleasure to work with Reche Canyon's best Realtor, Debra Karr. She is always willing to go the extra mile, personal showings, meet vendors, termite, appraisers, etc at a moments notice. Debra is a great communicator and available 24/7. She can make the transaction worry free and will coach your from beginning to end. I strongly recommend Debra Karr.

Being a 1st time home buyer, I needed a lot of hand holding through the escrow process. Debra made it clear and understandable, even for me. Debra was an absolute pleasure to work with. She paid extra attention to what I wanted and what I needed, and never let me stray from making the best choices. Her knowledge of the local area, and the current market paid of very well. She was always available and ready to make calls and send emails at every step. "Baby Steps" was our moto, and with persistence we got me into my dream home. The care that Debra took through the process, she reminded me of my own mother. Debra is the Best!

Debra Karr is an agent with a huge heart!4
