Debra Russell was able to estimate the closing costs within $300.00 and worked tirelessly with the buyer's agent and buyer's attorney to close the deal, as the buyer's agent wasn't very helpful or attentive to the details. We (sellers via Debra) had to contact the buyer's agent numerous times to get names (four sellers) corrected, as the house was passed by will from our parents, as well as the spelling on closing docs was incorrect, even after bringing it out to the buyer's agent.
