We were not familiar with the area having moved from the mid west which is the reason we didn’t shop for a broker. Having said that, we hit the jackpot with Deb! We were under pressure to find a home as we were living in a hotel after our move from Nevada. Deb was available and made us feel like we were her only clients. Our initial showings were through live video, then in person with my husband and video feed with me, finally to showings with both of us.
