Below is my experience with purchasing a home through him 1)He acts in the best interest of the client. 2) Is a top salesman without being pushy at all. He would revert back to any questions or concerns I had. Any fresh new properties on the market he would send me a list and also make a call to me that stating to check out a specific property based on my requirements. 3) After my home was inspected by a professional. There were a few areas that needed to fixed by the seller. He made sure to put them forward to the seller and have them fixed before I signed my condition removal. 4) I dealt with another rival broker just parallel to Deepak to look for a home. But the other brokers lack of depth for customer engagement and followup made Deepak my choice to move ahead with. I would wish Deepak the best, just keep focusing on continuous engagement with client and acting in the best interest of the client, just like you did during the entire process of my home search.
