Deidre Harrison is a fantastic realtor. I cannot imagine a person who is able to better guide someone through the process of purchasing a home. With her phenomenal understanding of neighborhoods and properties, Deidre showed us a variety of homes so that we could better pinpoint what we wanted out of a home and a neighborhood. She took the time to understand our wants and needs. Throughout the entire process, Deidre was incredibly responsive and direct with us, offering up her opinions and knowledge of areas. And, for anything she couldn’t answer or do herself (brokering, inspections, etc.), she would send us a list of her contacts that we could use, or not use if we so chose. Deidre was always patient, never pressuring us one way or another, and always gave us options whenever we had to make a decision (whether or not we should go with one area over another, what to put in an offer letter, etc.). She always made a point of creating a strong relationship with us as individuals and as clients versus trying to sell us something we may or may not have wanted. To sum it up, Deidre encapsulates everything we could possibly want from a realtor: she’s honest and direct with you; she’s responsive to any questions you have; she has fantastic knowledge of the real estate market and the purchase process; and she will kick butt while advocating and negotiating on your behalf. Deidre was soooo patient with us from the get go. We weren’t entirely sure how soon we would be purchasing a new property, but Deidre always made time for us and was super efficient about getting showings to ANY property we were interested in! Sooo much knowledge about properties, lots of helpful advice when viewing different properties and always the most positive perspectives throughout our experiences with her! She listened to us and we felt cared for :) It was literally like house shopping with a close friend :) Would recommend her to anyone!

Deirdre truly is excellent. She went out of her way to help me when it was time for closing, because my door knob unexpectedly broke. She got her boyfriend to come and fix it, which I thought was super sweet of her. Furthermore she used excellent online advertising to sell my condo. I would highly recommend this real estate agent. By the way she is also really nice!
