We were referred to Deidre Harrison by our parents, who had dealt with her in their last purchase. We ended up just as happy as they did. Deidre was ALWAYS available for us and was very helpful - her communication was pretty much instant throughout the process. We were first time home buyers and she took the time to explain everything (sometimes a few times over) to ensure we understood exactly what was going on. She greeted us cheerfully every time we met and we really enjoyed the house hunting process with her. Deidre is very knowledgeable about real estate and even about the construction and inner working of houses. She was patient with us, and willing to take us all over the city to see a number of houses. She picked up on many things in the houses while we did our walk-throughs that we did not, which was great. When it came time to write an offer, the ability for us to sign off on everything digitally was also incredibly useful. We will undoubtedly use Deidre's services again the next time we sell or buy.

We had previously talked to a different agency about the sale of our home and were encouraged to drop the price significantly from what we felt was a fair value, in part due to many upgrades we'd made, and were told by the realtor that their agency may not be interested in putting their name on the sale if we did not heed their warning. When we met Dee, she provided us with assessments and information that helped us to set an asking price that was in balance with the current market as well as fair to us in regard to the investments we'd made. In the end, Dee sold our home in four weeks for well above what the other realtor wanted our starting price to be. Throughout the process, she was attentive, professional, detailed in her work with contracts and direct during negotiations. We had also enlisted Dee to help us in the purchase of our new home. Within one day of meeting her, she sent us the perfect listing based on our initial discussion about what we were looking for. While we did not end up purchasing it, within two weeks Dee had found us another fantastic home that, to our surprise, was even more suited to our needs. We've just moved in and couldn't appreciate her more.

After having the most horrible experiences with a few other realtors/companies & losing all trust & faith in realtors in general, Deidre really set a new bar for me & exceeded my expectations in helping me find my perfect starter home. She was extremely understanding of my hesitations in dealing with anyone after my previous experiences & made sure to tailor her approach to me to accommodate my needs so I felt comfortable. She always made me feel like I was a priority, was quick to respond to my questions any time of the day, was always on time for appointments, was always prepared properly for viewings, gave me her honest opinions when necessary, and wasn't pushy at all - which were all things I definitely valued. She went through all realtor documents thoroughly with me & really took the time to sit down with me & make sure I felt 100% confident in everything before I signed anything, which is what really built my trust & made me feel at ease with her. I would say (& I'm sure she would agree lol) I was probably one of her hardest/most demanding/least trusting clients ever, and not once did she make me feel that way. She made me feel like she always had my best interest in mind instead of her own and made me feel like she actually cared about me finding my perfect home instead of being concerned with her paycheque. Even after the purchase was done she didn't just disappear out of my life completely & I'm sure if I was to text her about a question or concern today that I would still get a response from her which means a lot to me.
