We simply sent a request to view a property through Liv Real Estate and Deidre responded, we hit it off right away. Deidre was very helpful and accommodating and she gave off a good vibe. the whole family liked her and she was fun to work with. We feel very fortunate that Dee answered our inquiry about a property. Timely communications and accessible.... Dee is a very busy woman and there were times that we were not able to get a communication back as quickly as we wanted(right this moment) BUT....this is because she is thorough with her clients and respectful to them by not dealing with someone else while dealing with you. So we understand that is why she was unable to answer or be available at a moments notice. Dee always contacted us as soon as she finished with the client she was working with at the time. We never waited more than a half hour for a response. I would highly recommend Dee, she is very knowledgeable and does her research on the areas and properties. Dee also has many great contacts when it comes to home inspectors, lending institutions and lawyers. We have only good things to say about our experience with Dee and LIV Real Estate.

I am new to the area and didn't know any agents or know anyone who could recommend any so I just booked viewings with different agents until I came across Deidre. She differed from many of the agents I had come across in that her level of professionalism is sky high, she was genuinely helpful(and wanted to be), she was prompt to set up viewings, and she would respond to emails/text/ within a short time frame.
