Deidre was incredible! She cares about her clients and it shows. She truly took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a home. I was a first-time home buyer and she sat down with me the first time we met and went over the purchase process from start to finish which was great! Deidre is very honest and open, and I really appreciated this when we were viewing homes. If she noticed something she knew would be a red flag for me, she would point it out. It ensured I would purchase what was best for me. Deidre was also incredibly patient - we visited quite a few properties in a short period of time and she always made time to fit me in.

Our experience had no flaws what so ever, buying a house is the most Stressful thing you probably could do and Deidre made all the stress go away for us, we would highly recommend this company to anyone . From the get go Deidre Harrison was hard at work sending us MLS listings fitting our criteria and we found our home pretty quick from that point she was in constant contact keeping us informed and explaining every detail to us really took the pressure off us Which made this buying process a pleasure rather then a stressed out nightmare . We would say Deidre was like one of the family made us so at ease It was a pleasure dealing with her.

Deirdre was very helpful in purchasing our house. She responded almost immediately to any questions or requests and arranged showings quickly at our convenience. It took a few houses before we found ours so Deirdre put in many offers for us. We felt we had a good understanding of the process because of the explanations she gave and felt confident in the process. She worked hard to get our house and we appreciated her honesty and hard work.

I also want to express our immense appreciation for the amount of work and effort that Deidre did for us while shopping for our "new" home. When we started the entire process of selling our home in Leduc, the main reason was to move to Devon to be as close as possible to the river valley while also finding a house that was a good price for us and a good size for our family. We had been watching the market in Devon on a daily (sometimes hourly) basis and when we saw this property go up, we both knew right away that that was the house we wanted. Very quickly, she recognized how important it was to us to get this property. While in a multiple offer situation, she went above and beyond and fought for us to get this house. We have told her several times how thankful we are; but the truth is, it's actually difficult to verbalize how much we appreciate everything she did.
