The Plane Team

We met both Dena and Dave and had an immediate connection. Extremely knowledgeable to our wants and kept within that perameter. We are also relying on them for local business recommendations which is very important and they came through from restaurants, camp grounds and personal care. They both practiced the same ethics and friendliness that I have practiced with my California real estate clients for nearly 30 years. My husband and I are excited with our new purchase and hope to be part of our new community.

The Plane Team sold our home in under 30 days in a very difficult market for sellers. She guided us in setting a listing price and then developed a very detailed marketing plan which ended up attracting the buyers to our home. She was always availble and kept us up to date. She gave us sound advice in the negotiations and helped us through the critical inspection/repairs phase of the sale. The Plane Team are professionals and this is their full time profession. They have over 26 years of experience and know this area intimately. Highly recommend.

The best agents in the Prescott/Valley area. The best marketing and insight, period. I would use again, always!
