Denise was extremely helpful in the home buying process. As a first time home buyer I was nervous and had no idea what I was actually getting myself in to. Denise was always there with answers to my many questions. She was prompt with her responses and always willing to help. She went above and beyond any expectations that I would have had for a real estate agent. I would highly recommend Denise to any home buyer, especially a first time home buyer.

Denise Botz was everything I had hoped for in a real estate agent. I could not have been more satisfied with the Denise's plan from start to finish. She is personal, yet professional, and was there for me every step of the way. It didn't matter if it was 6:00 a.m. or 10:00 p.m. Denise was there to answer questions, promptly communicate about paperwork, and even to share a lighthearted joke if things felt overwhelming. Denise was truly amazing! I thank her for her guidance and assistance throughout my entire home preparation for market, selling, and closing processes.

The house being sold was our parents' house. Our father passed away unexpectedly and our mother was then placed in a nursing home. Denise Botz was very understanding of how difficult this was for us. She was very patient and understanding when we told her we needed additional time to clean out the house before it could be shown. Century 21 Affiliated is fortunate to have Denise Botz as an agent. I cannot say enough about how she made this difficult part of our lives so much easier. Our lives were turned upside down with the passing of our father. The fact that we had an agent that was trustworthy, compassionate, professional, and kind was so comforting. She definitely had our best interests in mind. As I type this I am thinking about when I was signing the final papers for the sale. It was not easy to do because this was just another part of the finality of our father passing. Denise gave me a hug and put her hand on my back as I was signing the papers. The comfort that brought me was immeasurable. Denise Botz did a wonderful job in all of aspects of the sale and, because of this, the sale of the home went quickly and smoothly. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Denise to anyone that was selling a home.

Denise was a great asset to us as first time homebuyers, and we felt as though she went above and beyond in all aspects of the homebuying process. She was always timely and on top of communicating the tasks to complete in order to close on our house with an accelerated timeline. Denise was always willing to go above and beyond throughout the sales process, whether that be answering any questions we had or offering her insight from her previous experience. I would recommend Denise to anyone looking to buy or sell a home as she showed the upmost professionalism and knowledge throughout the process. All communication with Denise was returned timely, which was especially important with the tight timeline we were working with. Overall our experience was nothing but positive.

Denise was very professional and very easy to work with. We were not sure if we wanted to sell our home and she was very patient with us until we made our final decision. She did a fantastic job.

Denise Botz was so helpful for us while we were buying our first home. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process and paperwork. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging during the whole process. Denise worked with our busy schedules and was available when we needed her. She took a lot of the stress out of buying our first home!!!

Denise was an excellent partner in purchasing my first home. She paid very close attention to the little details, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and was a joy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone when it comes to purchasing a home. Personally, I have a realtor for life!
