Denise Brendle was great! We had several hiccups along the journey and Denise was open and informative, keeping me updated on what was happening and alternative ideas. (She IS the expert!) I have, and will continue to, recommend Denise to anyone who says they want a realtor!

Wouldn't use anyone else! We have used her for the past years and bought/sold homes with her.

Denise put her knowledge of the market out there on our first meeting and we were impressed by her expertise and professionalism. She showed us many properties until we found the "perfect one" for our family. We had access to her via phone, text, and email and she always responded in a timely manner. (Day or night) You would do good to clone her so more customers can benefit from her knowledge and experience. However, she is so good-we only need one Denise. Promote her!!!

Denise Brendle was Very efficient in every thing and knowledgeable in the area completely satisfied

If you are ready to sale a property, Denise Brendle will make it happen.

Denise made the sale of my house very smooth, and easy. Me been in Puerto Rico and my property in Florida. The entire process went well all the way from the beginning till closing. I highly recommend her.
