Denise was immediately available (even at odd hours) to answer any of our questions or to process necessary paperwork. She was thorough and timely with everything she did for us. More real estate agents should be like her. We would definitely use her again should the need arise.

She was the consummate professional. She had a deep and complete knowledge of the property for sale, and a detailed knowledge of that condo associations bylaws and requirements. Anything she didn't know, she researched and provided me with an answer, usually within an hour. We had a horrible time with the sellers title company. We received six or seven incorrect HUD'S before they finally got it right, but that provided Dennise with a lot of extra work double-checking their latest incorrect HUD Statements. She did all of this extra work, which I remind you was totally the sellers title's companies fault cheerfully and quickly. It was an absolute pleasure working with her.
