Denise Fiore was recommended to us but a business colleague. Over all the process went well, a few bumps along the way (things outside of Denise's control) but Denise jumped in to work them out. The house was empty and a disaster on Denise's first visit as we were in the process of some repairs/updates and had recently moved out. She did a nice job of staging the house a bit, probably not that easy with an empty house but it looked nice. We had a great offer on the day it was listed and while there were a couple issues to work out, we ultimately sold to that buyer. Thanks to Denise, she did a great job.
