We interviewed several realtors. Denise made us feel comfortable from the very first moment we met her. She has a gentle calming approach, which was refreshing after feeling a bit "pushed" by other realtors we met with. She has been a realtor in Zionsville for a long long time and she knew exactly what to do to get our house sold for a solid price. She rapidly responsed to every text or call, helped us keep track of potential buyers and offers and make the best decision on a buyer when that time came. Our house was sold the first weekend on the market and this was a huge deal as we wanted to relocate to Texas and close in Indiana before closing out of state. There were some "snaggles" along the way and Denise unsnaggled them all. She helped us find contractors for repairs found on inspection and negotiated with them on our behalf for a better price. I don't think we could have done any better with anyone else, she's a complete doll to work with. Highly recommend.
