Denise provides the best experience when it comes to buying and selling a home. She is extremely professional and always works with the client best interest in mind. She helped us relocate to Indy nearly 8 years ago and have stayed in touch ever since. Katie Hintz truly took to heart our wants/needs in our search for an 'unconventional' home in this crazy market! She was always available at the drop of a hat to show (and even re-show) us a home. She gave us her expert advice when she knew a home was not 'the one' for us, got creative with offers, stayed positive through a few big heart-breaks, and went above and beyond handling the inspection items on our behalf once we did find "The One"! She was truly invaluable to us through all of the ups and downs and we cannot thank her enough for all she did to help us find the very unique (and perfect for us) house we get to now call "HOME"! We could not have asked for a better realtor. We were buying from Arizona and didn’t know the area well. We came out for a weekend and Denise took us on a tour of Zionsville and showed us a number of different neighborhoods she thought we would like. We originally only wanted to be in the Village but found a neighborhood much better suited for our family’s needs thanks to her. We were initially nervous about the thought of buying a home sight unseen, but Denise did such a great job of sending us videos and doing showings over FaceTime. She was very detailed in her assessment of the condition of the home, the neighborhood it was located in and whether or not she thought it was priced well. We felt totally at ease making an offer on a house without seeing it in person because of how thorough she was. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable about the area! I honestly can’t say enough good things.
