Denise is very helpful and hands on. She anticipated my needs and easily guided me through the stressful situation of selling my home. She is a gem!!

Working with Denise has always been easy and will forever be my go to. If she didn't know information she went out and found a way to get it. She was and always has been easy to speak with and makes sure to set standards early on. Ever since I bought my first home she has been in touch and checking in on me on me like I've been a member of the family and she has been in touch every step of the way from beginning to end. If I ever needed advice she was there immediately without hesitation. Next home my significant other and I look for and when we decide to sell our current home she will be my first person I message without question.

Denise sold my home in 2 days unfortunately the buyer backed out & I already found my new home, but that did not stop her from finding another buyer in another 2 days & this one when through. She is remarkable & able to stay calm in extreme situations which helped me not panic. She is remarkable to work with & very knowledgeable on all aspects of the job. Came up with a lot of good suggestions as well.

Denise help me sell my old place and helped us found our new home. She is very patient, communicative and knowledgeable. Always keeping us updated no matter the time of day with an excellent recommendations for our lender and lawyer as well. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell, buy or both!

Denise did a remarkable job with regards to selling my house. From guiding me through the preparation of the house, and the actual sale of the house, Denise acted professionally in a very timely manner. She either answered my calls or got back to me within a few minutes anytime of the day or night. I asked her to recommend an attorney for closing and that went very well. I believe the 5% commission fee for the realtors was money well spent. Denise took all the mystery and worry out of selling the house.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Denise over the past three years while searching for our first home. She was patient, kind, and never made us feel rushed—always focused on helping us find the right home. Denise was incredibly responsive, always available for questions, last-minute showings, and guiding us through every step. Her calm, honest, and professional approach made the process so much easier. After years of searching, we finally found our home—and we couldn’t have done it without her. Denise truly cares, and we’re beyond grateful for her support. Highly recommend! Thank you, Denise!

Denice is very good on her job. We were house hunting for over 3 months. She is patient and doesn't rush you when seeing the properties , or have that initiative to set an ample time for the house tours. Communicate timely, always available beyond 5pm and I really appreciate that. Provide feedback and setting expectations. Thank you Denice for helping us find our HOME.

This is my third time working with Denise, so that speaks volumes in itself. She is excellent, when it comes to listening to your needs and wants, also, searching in the areas you would like to reside, and her communication between the buyer and seller is spot on. Would recommend Denise every time. If you are looking for the home of your dreams, she is your realtor.

Denise also helped us in not only the selling of our home but also the purchase of the other. She was referred to me by my own mother who had her services for selling and buying homes as well. When we began the search, Denise was very knowledgeable and organized in her approach at figuring out how much we could afford, location, style and availability of homes. Any home we would be interested in, she'd be able to set up the appointment same or next day. She was honest and helpful during the viewing of the homes. Once we knew which home we wanted and put in an offer, she was excellent at working with the sellers and arranging the closing of the home. It was such a simple process for us. It made our lives and adjustment into our new home so much more enjoyable. We'd highly recommend Denise to anyone looking to buy a home in the Chicagoland area!
