Denise is amazing! This is the 3rd time I have gone to her to find a home. She finds the perfect space for your needs. She has a wonderful understanding of those needs and runs with it. She doesn't let grass grow under her feet and hustles for you. Even after you have sold or purchased with Denise, she follows up and goes above and beyond in the way of making the process of buying and selling just flow beautifully! She is amazing and I highly recommend her outstanding service of finding a home or sell your home. She, for me, is the only realtor I know of that makes me, my life, my move, important to her as it is to me. She is the best at what she does and such a pleasure to have as a realtor. I know everytime, she is totally watching out for me and my family. That's a great feeling!

Denise was exceptional! I cannot thank her enough for everything she did. As a first time home buyer, Denise walked me through every step of the process, responded quickly, and didn't rush me through any questions I had (and boy did I have many!). I am so happy with how smooth everything went. Denise and her team made the entire process worth it and I couldn't be happier. I will recommend Denise and her entire team to anyone looking for a home or even selling. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Denise was there every step of the way. She gave great recommendations. Denise was personable and gave honest opinions which was very helpful during the first home buying process.

Denise was absolutely phenomenal. She made the process of buying a house pain free and as little of stress as possible. Very straight forward with everything and as a new home owner she was so patient with all our questions! She helped guide us on open houses, recommendation amount of earnest money, as well as hand held us through closing process! She was was very easy to work with and was very patient with all our questions. I would highly recommend denise to anyone! Thank you denise for everything!

Lets start with..We sold our home in less than 48 hours! We had a laundry list of things we wanted to do prior to listing, but with Denise's expertise, we fixed one item and thats all we needed. Her thoughts on our listing price was carefully thought out and researched. When it came to negotiating, Denise is your girl! She updated us on the process and answered all of our questions. What I enjoyed most about working with Denise is it's like working with a friend instead of a stuffy suit. You want it sold, she's got you! You want to buy, she will be with you until you find the one!

Denise was so thorough in finding us the perfect house for our family. She made everything as simple as could be, and was overall the best experience in home buying.

I highly recommend using Denise Hammett! We've bought and sold with Denise and all transactions went smooth as silk.
