Dennis was amazing. He always responded to us immediately and was more than responsive to our needs. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Would totally recommend him to anyone who asks and would and will definitely call Dennis again. Dennis was the best agent we have ever dealt with. Michelle Owen was also great to work with.

The overall experience was exceptional and we could not more satisfied with how the agency worked on our behalf and explained thoroughly each step in the process from beginning to end.

Awesome and knowlegable broker!!

Michelle Owens spent a lot of time showing houses to us. She communicated new listings and made suggestions when nothing new was coming up. Her positive attitude and friendly personality made her a joy to work with. I have nothing but positive things to say about her. She worked very hard to accommodate our schedules when showing us homes. She was prompt to return communication. I wish her the best in the future. She was more than just a realtor. She was a friend. I will highly recommended her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Michelle Owens was fantastic! She really helped us with the whole process and made me understand things I did not. Especially since we are a young couple who were first time home buyers. I couldn't have asked for anyone better!

I was a banker for years in the SB market and worked with Dennis. Also thought that your brokerage firm was one of the best in SB, I knew many of the people working there. Dennis was the first person I knew I wanted to handle the sale after finding out he worked for C & E. Dennis and John Boles worked well together to sell our house. Thanks guys and best wishes for the coming year.

thanks for all your help

Dennis and Michelle are very professional. I would highly recommended them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
