Michelle did a great job getting us into our new home!

Dennis and Cynthia were great and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. They were friendly and easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

Dennis did an excellent job in selling and marketing our property during a tough drop in lake property values. He worked extremely hard in getting the job done. He was professional and friendly at the same time. He was honest and definitely kept me informed on what was going on with the market trends on the lake and on other lakes in the area with sales similar to our property.

I can not say enough about my experience with this real estate company! I do not live in the area , so after my internet search within a day I received a call from Dennis. He was prompt, thorough and very confident they could get the property sold! And that they did in a very short amount of time! They (John and Dennis) kept me apprised of the showings and feedback, they went the extra mile to accommodate the fact that I did not live in the area, they were prompt to respond to any quick text question I had and always were friendly and professional! I unfortunately never had the privilege of meeting them face to face, however I feel as if I know them and that they truly had my best interest in mind at all times! Based on my experience I give Cressy & Everett the highest accolades for a job well done! I also worked with John Boles and he was excellent in all the above areas !

Thank you Dennis, you made it easy and possible
