Derek Lau

Derek found us a good tenet quickly and did a great job keeping up with proptery issues and HOA letters ensuring that everything was kept in compliance and kept up well.

As a first-time home buyer, I appreciated Derek's clear guidance, prompt communication, and steady support throughout. His expertise and strategic approach were likely the key factors in securing the deal. I'm incredibly grateful for his dedication and support every step of the way.

Proactive, communicative, diligent, attention to detail, opportunist, overall an effective client advocate. Derek is especially effective in the negotiation and contract phase. One can count on him to stay one step ahead of you as he seems to have a clear understanding and feel for what can be done in looking out for your best interest. Highly recommend his services.
