Destiny Minor

Destiny was really easy to work with and helped make the whole process a lot less stressful, especially since I was buying the property from out of state. She kept me updated, answered all my questions, and was always easy to reach whenever something came up. I also liked that she never made me feel pressured to rush into anything. She helped me through the inspections, negotiations, and everything else along the way. Overall, I had a really good experience working with her and I’d definitely work with Destiny again in the future.

Destiny Minor was excellent to work with during the purchase of our property package in St. Louis. She was responsive, professional, and stayed on top of the transaction from beginning to end. She helped coordinate the process, kept communication clear, and made a complicated multi-property closing much easier to manage. I appreciated her availability and follow-through throughout the deal. I would gladly work with Destiny again on future St. Louis real estate transactions.

Desitiny is a true professional. She stuck with me and my business partner for a few months while we searched for the perfect investment. She worked tirelessly to find opportunities for us and eventually got us locked into a great property! She is an expert in the area and is very upfront with the difference in neighborhoods when reviewing potential opportunties. I could not be happier with our new partnership and look forward to many more with her!
