Devon Newberry

I couldn't have asked for a better experience selling my place. Devon Newberry just gets it. He came in with a solid game plan, gave me real advice, and handled all the negotiations with the buyer's agent. Everything went way smoother than I expected, and we closed without any unnecessary drama. He went above and beyone and I really appreciate all the hard work he put into getting this across the finish line.

Working with Devon as our buyer’s agent was an excellent experience from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and truly had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured, and he took his time to answer our questions, explain each step clearly, and make sure we felt confident in every decision. What stood out most was his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping us find the right home, not just any home. He was a strong advocate during negotiations and was very helpful even after the clsosing, making what could have been a stressful experience feel much smoother and more manageable. I would absolutely recommend Devon to anyone looking to buy a home.
