This survey jumps from Diana to 'Century 21' as the subject of the questions. In my reply regarding "Century 21', it is ONLY because of Diana that I gave the perfect scores. In my case, SHE is "Century 21'. Let me make this totally clear: I would go with DIANA if she were at ANY competent realtor group. Diana was suggested by another local Realtor (retired) that I have known my entire life. I was told that Diana is the best in Southern Illinois and BEYOND! My friend was correct in her recommendation! Diana is the perfect professional. I would recommend HER to anyone. No one else comes close to her knowledge, experience level, competence, and trust. No one compares to Diana!!! No one comes close...at Century 21 or anywhere else! :)

We initially contacted another realtor when we considered selling our property. This realtor didn't show for our appointments, so a neighbor recommended Diana Falmier. We were very impressed from our initial meeting with her. She was challenged with working with hostile renters that did not want the house to sale. She persevered through all of the dealings with them in a very professional manner and we were able to complete the sale of the home successfully. She was extremely responsive each time we contacted her and patient with all of our questions. She contacted us through each step of the sale, as we were out of state landlords, which is never easy!
