Dianna came highly recommended by a friend. Once I met her, I was convinced that she was the right choice. Excellent agent in every aspect. I trusted her opinions and valued her advice. If I ever again sell a home, Dianna will be the lady I turn to. Barb Davenport

I interviewed Diana Falmier for the sell of my home and selected her out of three other realtors. Diana was positive on my home and her sales projection of the style, condition, and location of my home. The other realtors picked out the issues and not the postive aspects of the home, so I selected her. Diana did not let me down. She stayed positive and on task and sold it quickly and for asking price. I have already told my family about her and if I decide to purchase another home, I will use her for my agent.

Diana was great to work with in the process of my husband and I buying our first home. She always answered any questions we had and always responded promptly. It was a great experience.

I would recommend Diana Falmier for all of your real estate needs. She is always available to answer any questions and assist in any way. Regardless of the price of home you are purchasing, she treats all her clients with the upmost care. If you need someone to guide you through the home buying process, Diana is the one to choose!

Diana is thorough. Answers all questions. Great negotiater. We have a good relationship. She is a great asset to your company. The folder is a good idea. As long as Diana is a realtor I would follow her.
