She was extremely supportive and responsive every step of the way, answered every question we had, recommended a mortgage broker we LOVE and ended up getting a mortgage from, recommended an excellent mortgage attorney, and went above and beyond getting information for us from both the broker and the attorney when things went weird (as they always do).
