They dove into this process and were hugely helpful in every step: from connecting us with an inspector and a mold remediation company (in what could have but wasn't a contentious remediation process) and pretty much everyone else in the process to diplomatically and doggedly managing a less than cooperative listing agent to helping us measure rooms and figure out where to put furniture for kids, they were extraordinary. Once we were in, they greeted us with an incredibly thoughtful and personalized gift that really touched us. We can't recommend them more highly.
