Dione was great to work with. We first contacted her on a Friday, and she set up our portal to help us start looking for some properties. On Saturday, we started requesting tours and she had them set up for us on Sunday. She was always very responsive and quick to work on our search.

Dione was very helpful through the whole process. She always answered her phone when we had questions or quickly got back to us. She is a very easy going person and was a pleasure to work with.

Working with Dione was such a great experience. We looked at multiple locations and were even considering a build-out when she found the perfect space for my med spa. Her communication, professionalism, and customer service are outstanding. She truly knows her stuff, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying, selling, or leasing.

Dione was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. She was a very crucial asset in our home buying process. In purchasing commercial real estate for the first time, we needed someone to walk us through the steps with experience and trust worthy loyalty. Dione could not have been more professional and kind. She far exceeded our expectations. We are definitely going to utilize her talents in the future.

Dione is amazing to work with! She is very transparent and trustworthy!

Wow, where do I start. Dion is amazing in what she do. Her ability to negotiate terms are impeccable and she is not the realtor that goes with the flow. She is trustworthy and true to her word. She is punctaual and holds her clients to the fire in meeting those same expectations and I appreciate that being a first time business owner. She's not afraid to have those tough conversations, and she's intentional about making sure all parties are happy in the end. She is patient and very understanding all while doing what is best for client to realtor relationship and will do her due diligence in the process to ensure guidelines are being met to ensure a professional reputation. I love Dion, her experience as a business owner, and profession in this industry is unmatched especially for a brown girl like me. You go Dion!!! :)

Dione went above and beyond in selling our home. The staging and marketing addressed all the needs to sell quickly. Communication with Dione was excellent as we had to make decisions over the phone or through text most of the time. We are very happy we chose Dione Laufenberg as our realtor for this home buying/selling experience.
