Dolores Granato

It was very important to choose Dolores as a local professional realtor with vast experience and her pulse in the area which led to a quick sale using her experience as my guideline and everything worked out in a timely fashion because of this. Her marketing experience helped tremendously in reaching the amount of people that we had to reach, which led to a very successful and quick sales. I highly recommend Barrett Southerby with agent Dolores Granato, I couldn't be happier

Dolores Granato assisted in all aspects of selling my mothers home in Concord. Her knowledge was excellent and provided a sound marketing approach. Even though I was remote in CA, she made the sale seemless. I would strongly recommend Dolores to help anyone sell a home in the area.

My prior home sale transactions have not always ended with my satisfaction. This time, however, was different. Dolores Granato did more to keep me informed, provide helpful home preparation ideas, and get the home sold for a price I was more than happy with. Dolores is always pleasant, professional, and willing to go the extra mile.
