We had dealt with Domenica for all of our previous homes. There is no better broker. Domenica was knowledgable of the market in our area, priced the home perfectly to initiate a bidding war for the home, handled all of the potential buyers while staying in constant contact with us during the entire process and clearly had our best interests as her priority. The experience could not have been better because of Domenica.

Domenica is the absolute best. Amazing from our first interaction right through closing. She made us us feel so important and not just another client. I could go on and on. She exceeded all our expectations and went above and beyond every step of the way!

I super recommend Domenica, she is an awesome professional, she really know what she is doing and she helped me get the best addition for my family.

Domenica kept me apprised and calm throughout this difficult process. She was involved at every step. She had an open house which resulted in several offers. Her experience and informed advice helped me to choose the best offer. There were issues regarding the financing. Because of Domenica's unceasing efforts to resolve these issues and her contacting all those involved to ensure that the necessary information was provided in a timely way, the sale occurred. I am immensely grateful. There is no other broker whom I would have considered. Domenica Giordano's experience and expert guidance during prior transactions was instrumental in my choosing her. My choice of 21 North Shore in the future would be predicated on Domenica's continued affiliation.

Domenica is great to work with, and kept a strong focus on my requirements and budget. I intend to recommend her to all my friends who are looking to purchase a property. And if I buy additional properties in the future, I will be contacting her again.

Domenica goes above and beyond in every aspect of the home sale process. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a very positive can do attitude. We would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone! You will be very satisfied! She is the best at what she does and makes you feel comfortable and reassured all throughout the process. Domenica is great at what she does. Century 21 North is fortunate to have her on the team.
