From the first conversation with Dominica I knew I had the right agent to sell my home. She completely took control of the situation and did everything from staging the house right through the listing and photos on the web….. she was in constant communication every step of the way and on top of every single detail. She even helped install the proper smoke detectors and fixed a shaky banister of her own accord because she didn’t wanna bother me to do it. We wanted a broker who could give us suggestions on getting our house sold quickly. Domenica was perfect for this. We were able to get our house on the market quickly and she went above and beyond with staging it beautifully. Domenica is extremely responsive. She was able to answer all my questions and got back to me immediately. She’s extremely professional and had great tips on getting the home ready for sale. Overall it was a positive experience.
