Dominick was awesome to work with and made the whole home-buying process feel simple and stress-free. He was always easy to reach, answered every question I had, and explained things in a way that actually made sense. He stayed on top of all the details and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. It really felt like he had my best interests in mind the entire time. I’m very happy with my new home and would absolutely recommend Dominick to anyone looking for a solid, dependable realtor.

Dominick went above and beyond my expectations and helped me find the perfect home. He was always available and attentive to my needs and made my home buying experience flawless.

We are so incredibly grateful for Nick's expert guidance and support througout our journey of selling and buying a new home. Nick was always available to answer our questions and ensured we felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process; He kept us updated on every step. Even when we pivoted our plans a few times, he pivoted right with us! We truly appreciate all the time and dedication he poured into finding the best possible outcome for us! We have now gained a beautiful home, and a lasting friendship! Will absolutely recommend Nick to all my friends!!

Dominick was a pleasure to work with and very helpful throughout the process. We looked at several houses before finding the right on. He was always ready to go look at the properties on a moments notice and answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Dominick and use him again in the future.

My situation was unique as I was just retired and wanted to make a change in my life. I found a property with acerage and reached to Kim Freshwater. She asked Nic to show the property and we hit it off. It was a tough time getting my house sold but Dominick was on it all the time working with me and others to get the house sold. Now that it is he is working with me to purchase my new 12 acre home. Nic is the best and works tirelessly with his clients. I don't think I could have done this without him as it was a very tiresome and frustrating journey. Nic kept the process moving even when I felt like giving up. Just amazing.

I had a somewhat difficult property with which to establish a price and find a buyer. Plus I live out of state. My vacation cabin was not finished, but had most of the components to do so. Dominick Markisello presented a specific market analysis, established a price above what I thought was acceptable, thoroughly explained all items, and was enthusiastic about selling my cabin. He kept me informed and was realistic about the offers we received. Plus Nick was just an all around pleasant and upbeat person. I definitely would recommend Dominick Markisello for all real estate needs.

Nick is amazing. He became like family during this process. 10/10 recommend!

Dominick was a great combination of knowledge, helpful, and creative. He had insights not just on our sale, how to price it and how to adjust the price, but how to modify the details to make the sale more attractive to buyers. His insight also helped on the purchase of our next home. Nick's communications were awesome in how the current steps were progressing, what the next items were on the checklist, and staying in touch with the buyers agent to keep all the details as we approached the finish. He did a great job!
