Don was exceptional in every way. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly honest. He looked out for us at every step. Due to frequent corporate relocations, we have bought and sold a lot of residential properties and have been blessed with some exceptional agents. Don is at the top of the list, number 1. We were lucky to be referred to him by another extremely satisfied client. You can't go wrong with Don!

Don and the team did a phenomenal job handling the marketing and sale of our home and adjacent property. It was a bit of a unique situation having 2 separate parcels, and I was concerned about the logistics of handing it all properly, but the team at Cornerstone handled everything flawlessly. Don had us an offer for over the asking price within 2-3 days of the listing going live - unbelievable! I am glad I was referred to Don, and I will be referring him to others.

Don Wurtzel is professional, communicates and explained to me what is needed. He is personable, I am glad and happy to have him as our agent.

Donnie met all our expectations. He is knowledgeable about the market and guided us in achieving the desired results in the sale of our home.

Don has helped us navigate the successful sale of our last two house in Ann Arbor. He is knowledgeble, attentive, professional, and dedicated. He was able to get us over "asking price" through his aggressive marketing plan. For the Ann Arbor Hills and "Old West Side" markets there is no one better!

Don was amazing to work with! He was communicative throughout the process, put our needs at the forefront of the conversation, and continually provided us with excellent advice and experience. We highly recommend Don!

Don and his firm were great during the entire process.

Don is knowledgeable and professional, and makes the process very easy on both the buy and sell side of real estate transactions.
